Slow cookers are great if you are busy.This recipe couldn't be simpler...
For the sauce
3 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp rapeseed oil
1 tbsp garlic and ginger paste
1 tbsp honey
4 chicken breasts
Mix the sauce ingredients together. Put the chicken in a slow cooker and pour over the sauce making sure the chicken is coated all over. Cook on low for 6 hours. The chicken will caramalise slightly so turning half way through cooking is a good idea. Half and hour before the end of cooking mix a tablespoon of cornflour with a little water and add to the the slow cooker and stir. This will thicken the sauce.
