Oat and banana pancakes.

Delicious breakfast !

INGREDIENTS Serves 4 ( Makes 16 small pancakes )


2 tsp coconut oil

90 g oats

90 ml skimmed milk

2 eggs

1 banana

pinch of ground cinnamon


With a stick blender mix together the oats,milk,eggs,banana and cinnamon. Melt a tsp of the coconut oil in a non stick frying pan. Spoon in small amounts of batter. ( Cook 3-4 pancakes at once) . After cooking 8 pancakes add the rest of the coconut oil to cook the next batch.

Serve with natural bio yogurt and fresh blueberries.
