Mini smoked salmon pancakes.

Great as a starter for entertaining !

For the batter,

100g plain flour

1 egg

150ml milk

pinch of onion granules

Add the wet ingredients to the dry to make a smooth batter. Add 1 tsp butter to a non stick pan and cook small amounts of the batter in batches. Spread cream cheese on top and layer with smoked salmon. Sprinkle with fresh chopped dill.
