Smoked salmon and eggs with a strawberry, almond and banana milkshake.

Great as a high protein breakfast !

FOR THE SHAKE


600 ml skimmed milk

150g fresh strawberries

1 tbsp ground almonds

1 banana


Whizz all the ingredients together with a stick blender. This will make enough for 4 small servings or 2 larger ones.

Serve with smoked salmon and cream cheese and a perfect boiled egg and wholemeal toast. ( I cooked my egg for 6 minutes)
