INGREDIENTS
100 g white cabbage
100 g red cabbage
2 large carrots
4 spring onions
A few strips of raw courgette
1 chopped roasted red pepper
For the sauce
240 ml natural yogurt ( I used full fat but use low fat if you prefer)
2 tsp wholegrain mustard
3 dsp sweet chilli sauce
2 pinches of salt
Mix the sauce ingredients together in a bowl. Grate everything but the courgette ,(which can be done with a vegetable peeler), in a food processor. Combine with the sauce and serve.
