Fruit and nut granola.

INGREDIENTS Serves 4

(Heb + 3 syns per portion for SW)


160 g oats

1 apple cored and finely chopped

1 banana peeled and finely chopped

1 handful of fresh blueberries

30 g walnuts or flaked almonds roughly chopped ( or a mix of both )

1 tbsp runny honey


Mix all the ingredients together well to make sure everything is well distributed.

Heat at 170 c fan for about 30 minutes, turning the mixture occasionally. (It's important to keep an eye on it to stop it burning.) When the oats have started to turn a bit golden and are going slightly hard its done ! Enjoy !
